Advocating for veterans.

It's vital for veterans to have an experienced veterans law advocate by their side when it’s necessary. Whether it’s a Guard or Reserve member having a USERRA dispute with a civilian employer, or a dispute with the VA over VA benefits, having a veterans attorney experienced with the nuances of these discreet legal subject matters can be the difference between success and failure.

Too often, veterans as a community defer to decisions which happen to be incorrect on the law or the facts. (If there’s one thing veterans are taught to do is follow an order- even when that order might be a mistake!)

Don’t go with a representative who is going to keep you stuck on the agency hamster wheel, filing form after form, year after year, simply hoping to get a different answer. Go with a veterans attorney who is going to see your case through until the end.
